Numerous group exercise classes are offered each week for all fitness levels. These include Pilates, spinning, dance classes, step aerobics, yoga and more. To achieve the benefits of cross training, we encourage your participation in a variety of classes, exercising at a comfortable, yet challenging level. The Club has four exercise studios with shock-absorbing floors.

About Pilates
Pilates differs from many traditional exercise programs, as it focuses both on strengthening weak muscles and stretching tight areas. This type of exercise is ideal for improving posture, abdominal and back conditioning, mobility, flexibility and improving balance. Our fully equipped Pilates studio features a range of specialized equipment. During the lessons, participants experience a variety of movements choreographed with their goals in mind and at their own pace.
